PRESENTATION GUIDE

• LaRIC 2025 presenters are required to upload a video recording of the presentation about their innovation idea or innovation project on YouTube. 
• Presenters need to ensure that the recording contains:

• The video recording must be within the duration of 5- 7 minutes and presentations may be done either in English or Malay.

THE PROCEDURES OF UPLOADING A VIDEO TO YOUTUBE

1. Browse for youtube.com
2. Log in to your YouTube account or sign up and create a google account at https://accounts.google.com/SignUp.
3. Click ‘Create a video or post’ hyperlink button at the top right of the screen and click and then click ‘Upload video’.
4. Click 'Select files’ or you can just drag and drop your presentation video from your computer.
5. Enter the following information:

• Title: Fill in the title of your presentation video using the standard format, LaRIC2025_Participant ID_Innovation Title.
For example, LaRIC2025_AA001_AI in Language Classrooms.Descriptions: Type a brief description of your presentation video.
• Audience: Choose your audience.
• Video elements: Skip this step by clicking 'next'.
• Sharing (Visibility): Select the 'public' setting.

6. Once the presentation video is ready, copy the link and post the link into the following link: https://forms.gle/xe6Ab1qUS6TfqvaKA.

All links and payments should be submitted and completed by 22 August 2025.

AWARD

1. Each presentation will receive:

• e-certificate (with the names of all innovation members and award received)
• a medal (Bronze/ Silver/ Gold)

    2.  Extra medal can be purchased for RM70. The link for extra medal will be available from 25 September to 3 October 2025.

    3. One Best Innovation Award for each category will receive an e-certificate and cash prize of RM500.

    4.  The winners of the competition will be announced on 25 September 2025.

    5.  All videos will be evaluated by an appointed Jury. Overall marks will then be validated by the Chief Jury before the final announcement is made.

    6.  The announcement of winners is final.
